Continuation of the 11th day of Serie A this Sunday noon with an extraordinary shock. Antonio Conte’s Napoli welcomed Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta Bergamo to Campania, on the lawn of the Diego Armando Maradona stadium. On the one hand, the Partenopei proudly sit at the top of the championship and seem to have a string of successes in the race for the Scudetto. On the other hand, the Bergamasques have one of the best attacks in Europe with already 26 goals scored in just ten days played. And during a balanced meeting and a raging battle, it was the Dea who achieved the feat of inflicting the second defeat of the season on Napoli thanks to a double from Ademola Lookman (10th, 31st) on two assists from Charles De Ketelaere. Mateo Retegui was there with his goal (90th + 2) to initial a success (0-3). This is the 11th goal scored by the Italian-Argentinian.

In the standings, Napoli still remains at the top of Serie A with a total number of 25 points, while Atalanta is now in the rear of their opponents of the day, thus climbing to 2nd place in the standings with 22 points. Next weekend, just before the international break, the Partenopei will face Inter Milan at Giuseppe-Meazza for a new golden Calcio poster, while the Orobici will challenge Udinese in Bergamo, during the 12th day.
