Paris Saint-Germain was held to a draw on home soil by PSV Eindhoven (1-1), in the Champions League, this Tuesday evening. Dominant, Luis Enrique’s men notably shot 26 times towards Walter Benitez’s cage, but only managed to score one goal, via Achraf Hakimi (55th). At a press conference, Peter Bosz indicated that his team would certainly have had to concede another setback, given the nature of this meeting.

Normally, we have to lose. (…) I have seen matches where the best team does not win, it is possible in football. In the first ten minutes, we missed our match, but afterward, we played well. In the first half, we tried to play, but it wasn’t possible, because we were missing 4 or 5 starting players. Here in Paris, it’s not easy to achieve a result, but we did it », Explained the Dutch PSV coach. After three days of the championship phase, PSG is provisionally 17th (play-off). PSV is 27th (eliminated).
