Real Madrid are exploring the recruitment of Andrea Cambiaso from Juventus to replace Dani Carvajal, who is injured until the end of the season. The Italian full-back is considered as an alternative if the Trent Alexander-Arnold file fails.

Real Madrid are active in the transfer market after the serious injury of Dani Carvajal, who will be out until the end of the season. To compensate for this loss, the Spanish club is considering several solutions, led by Trent Alexander-Arnold, at the end of his contract with Liverpool in June 2025. However, the Madrid leaders’ plan B could be found in Italy: Andrea Cambiaso of Juventus.

Cambiaso, an attractive profile but attached to Juventus

The Italian full-back stood out for his remarkable performances with Juventus and the national team, attracting the attention of Europe’s biggest clubs. Already targeted last summer by Aston Villa with an offer of 35 million euros, Cambiaso declined this opportunity out of loyalty to his club.

According to Tuttosportthe player would even be keen to one day become captain of the Bianconeri. However, in the event of a blockage in the Alexander-Arnold file, Real Madrid could intensify its efforts to attract Cambiaso this winter.
