Paul Pogba will be able to play football again. Suspended for four years after taking testosterone, the 31-year-old French midfielder saw the Court of Arbitration for Sport reduce his sanction to eighteen months. The Juventus player will therefore be available again from March 2025. News to which the national coach, Didier Deschamps, reacted.

I spoke with him on the phone for quite a while obviously. This is very good news for him. Today, he knows that he will be able to play again in March. He will have a period until March where he will have specific work. I’m very happy for him. However, it remains a heavy sanction. There is this light that comes on again, he will have steps to take. Humanly for him, this is excellent news. Compared to Juve, there will be discussions. As he loves football and playing so much, this is great news for him. I always make sure I am in touch with the players. When there are complicated periods like that like injuries, plus private events, they know that I am available at any time”he declared in an interview with the FFF.
