The FIFA ranking of nations after the international break at the beginning of this month was published on Thursday. In the top 10, nothing changes: Argentina (1st), France (2nd) and Spain (3rd) remain on the podium. Then follow England (4th), Brazil (5th), Belgium (6th), the Netherlands (7th), Portugal (8th), Colombia (9th) and Italy (10th).
To see an evolution in terms of places, we have to go to 16th place, now occupied by Japan, previously 18th. Iran gains one place and is in 19th position, just ahead of Denmark, which went from 21st to 20th place. Concerning African nations, Egypt is now 31st, Ivory Coast in 33rd place. Tunisia and Algeria, for their part, are respectively 36th and 41st.
