Real Madrid management has reached an agreement with goalkeeper Andriy Lunin regarding his future.

Real Madrid have reportedly decided to sell their replacement goalkeeper Andriy Lunin in 2025.

Lunin signed a new contract until 2028 with Real Madrid last week. However, it is not to stay longer at the Bernabeu but to be sold at a decent price.

Lunin will not be retained by Real

As Thibaut Courtois has become Real Madrid’s number one goalkeeper, Lunin will be allowed to leave, provided that an interesting offer is made to the Merengue. The Castilian management will listen to offers for the goalkeeper next summer. The Spanish giants have assured Lunin that they will sell him at the end of the season, if everyone is happy with it.

As a reminder, Lunin was one of the great architects of Real’s European triumph last season. He did not play in the final, but he was prominent in the other knockout rounds. Notably against Manchester City in the semi-final.
