Manchester City attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has been spotted with his wife in Belgium, taking part in an initiative for underprivileged children.
De Bruyne was apparently furious with his national team-mates after the 2-0 defeat to France in the Nations League. The Red Devils were not up to scratch throughout the match, losing to goals from Randal Kolo Muani and Ousmane Dembélé.
De Bruyne has his hand on his heart
De Bruyne, who had threatened to leave the national team, did not go to bed immediately after the game. He was seen at Ronald McDonald’s charity. He went with his wife Michèle Lacroix to a center that cares for family members of sick children, according to HLN.
Asked about the game, he said: “This is not the place to talk about football. We are happy to be here. Given our busy schedule, it has not been easy, but we are committed to this group and that is why we wanted to be here. We are also happy to be able to do it, the organization deserves it.”
