PSG rejected for a central defender

Paris Saint-Germain was among the list of clubs interested in Cristian Romero. According to Tyc SportsManchester United, PSG and Real Madrid had made inquiries about the 2022 world champion, but Tottenham was clear: he will not leave. Essential in Ange Postecoglou’s starting eleven, the 26-year-old central defender has been putting in a string of good performances with Spurs.

Alongside Micky Van de Ven in the centre, the Argentinian has played 100% of the minutes with the English club since the start of the season and Spurs do not want to hear about a departure.
