Rodri Sanchez heads to Qatar

It was announced, it is now official. Rodri Sánchez, 24-year-old Spanish right winger from Real Betis, has officially flown to Qatar where he has signed with Al-Arabi. “Real Betis and Al-Arabi SC reach an agreement for the transfer of Rodri. The striker leaves the club after more than seven seasons in our colours; the Club thanks him for his services and wishes him good luck in his future professional challenges”specifies the press release from the Spanish club.

Current club of Marco Verratti, Abdou Diallo and Isaac Lihadji, Al-Arabi is therefore offering itself a new reinforcement. For his part, the international Espoirs (18 selections) will discover a new challenge in the Qatar Stars League. Note that this is a permanent transfer and that the amount of the operation amounts to 6.5 million euros.
