This is the other false note of the evening. After the defeat of the French team against Italy in the Nations League (1-3), most of the Blues preferred to go to the locker room fairly quickly, greeting only the kop of supporters of the Tricolores, the Irresistible French.
Only one player saw fit to take a little tour of the stadium to thank the Parc des Princes for its support, despite the very poor performance of Didier Deschamps’ men. It was Antoine Griezmann, abandoned by his teammates, but who took the time to greet the spectators present in the other stands.
