While the transfer window officially closed its doors on Friday evening, Stade Rennais announced a new signing.
After a disappointing start to the season and a particularly lively transfer window, the Rennes Stadium announced a new signing this week, a few days after the summer window closed. The Breton club has in fact made official the extension of its goalkeeper Gauthier Gallon.
Steve Mandanda’s understudy, the former Trojan player has signed a contract that binds him to Stade Rennais for the next 3 seasons, until June 2027. “Gauthier Gallon extends the adventure with Stade Rennais FC The goalkeeper has renewed his lease until 2027”we can read in an official press release from the club.

Gauthier Gallon did not hide his enthusiasm at the idea of staying in Rennes. “I am very happy to be able to sign up for the long term with the SRFC. I feel fulfilled at the club and I am doing everything I can to repay the trust placed in me. The goal is to continue to be there when I am called upon.”.
