Paris Saint-GermainDanilo Pereira was transferred to Saudi club Al-Ittihad on Monday. The Portuguese international was no longer in Luis Enrique’s plans.

Danilo under Blanc’s orders, with Benzema and Kanté
The defensive midfielder, who can also play as a central defender, will now play under Laurent Blanc. He will also have the opportunity to play alongside several French players, such as N’Golo Kanté, Moussa Diaby and
Karim Benzema.
Danilo still had one year left on his contract at PSG. The Red and Blue management were hoping to recover ten million euros by transferring him. They should ultimately only recover half of the expected amount. The former Porto player will have played 115 matches with Paris, all competitions combined, and scored eight goals.
