With the failure of the Kevin Danso case at the last minute, AS Roma must urgently look for a central defender in these last hours of the transfer window. In this sense, the Roman management has made an offer to Paris Saint-Germain for Milan Škriniar, as revealed in particular by the Roman press. Information that we are able to confirm to you this Friday. According to our information, the Giallorossi’s proposal took the form of a dry loan without an option to buy but with nevertheless part of the Slovak’s salary covered by PSG. In addition, according to our indiscretions, the agents of the former Inter defender are still in Rome at the time of writing.

However, the deal has very little chance of closing for several reasons, but the main one being the physical condition of Milan Škriniar. Indeed, the PSG defender suffers from several physical problems that would make the success of a medical visit very complicated, especially in Italy with the second medical examination mandatory to respect the protocol of the Italian health authorities (step missed by Kevin Danso in particular). Meanwhile, AS Roma has wasted no time and has already advanced on several defensive tracks, notably Tiago Djaló and even Loïc Badé as we revealed to you earlier this morning. Very little chance therefore of seeing Milan Škriniar arrive in the Italian capital in the next few hours.
