Mason Mount’s bad luck. Having arrived last summer from Chelsea for just over 70 million euros, the England international spent the season in the shadows due to a serious calf injury, keeping him off the pitch for five months. He had played again from March, then again at the start of the season, before getting injured again.

As reported in the British press on Thursday, the 25-year-old player is suffering from a hamstring injury and is expected to be out for several weeks. This information was confirmed by Manchester United: “Mason Mount has released a statement regarding his recent hamstring injury We are sorry for your loss Mase – see you soon”the club wrote on its social networks.
