The Nations League match between the French team and Israel, scheduled for November 14, could be played without an audience according to The Team. Due to the situation in the Middle East, the French Football Federation would have even liked to relocate the match to a small provincial town, but it owes a match to the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, as stipulated in its contract.
Today, the idea would therefore be to organize the match behind closed doors, in order to avoid, or at least minimize, the risks. No decision has yet been taken, but some support this idea internally, while others are in favor of playing the match normally, but by reinforcing the security forces and the number of stewards. During the Olympics, the Israeli selection was able to play its matches with spectators in France, and in particular its first against Mali, at the Parc des Princes.
