Eddie Nketiah will continue his career in England. According to Sky SportsCrystal Palace have reportedly reached an agreement with Arsenal for the transfer of the 25-year-old striker. The Eagles are expected to spend around €29 million plus €6 million in performance-related bonuses, making a total of €35 million for the English centre-forward.

The Gunners striker had long been OM’s priority target for the number nine position in this transfer window. However, the exorbitant demands, as well as the multiple refusals from Arsenal, had pushed the Marseille club to turn to Elye Wahi. Several English clubs had subsequently tried Nketiah, but it was ultimately Crystal Palace who should secure the services of the Anglo-Ghanaian. The end of a long file that will have kept the followers of the Premier League in suspense.
