Real Madrid welcome Valladolid to the Santiago Bernabeu for the 2nd day of La Liga. Frustrated after last week’s 1-1 draw on Mallorca’s pitch, the Merengues must react this Sunday in front of their supporters and start their season. Eyes will of course be on Kylian Mbappé who has not yet scored in the league under his new colors. This match can be followed live with commentary on the French Football Weekly website.

In terms of team line-ups, Carlo Ancelotti opts for a 4-3-3. Courtois in goal, Carvajal on the right side of the defense, a Militao-Rüdiger hinge while Fran Garcia takes advantage of Ferland Mendy’s suspension to start on the left. In the middle, Tchouameni and Valverde are accompanied by Arda Güler who numerically replaces Bellingham (injury).
