“The hardest thing to influence in football is scoring goals. Everyone knows that, that’s why goalscorers are so expensive and in demand. Clinical players in general are very hard to find. We brought in players this summer who we think can be more effective. They’re going to get a taste of the Premier League, especially Ili and Jesper (Lindstrom), but they haven’t experienced it yet. It’s my job to give them a chance when they’re ready to play.
