Unlike last season, Gianluigi Donnarumma is expected to face direct competition in his goalkeeping position.

This Friday evening, at 8:45 p.m.,
Paris Saint-Germain will officially launch its season. The capital club will travel to Le Havre for the advanced match of the first day of Ligue 1. On the eve of this meeting, Luis Enrique appeared at a press conference.

The Spanish coach was asked about the goalkeeper hierarchy. I never tell anyone they’re going to be number 1, 2 or 3. I want to see my players in training and they have to be ready when I call them. I want all my players to be ready when I call them.”said the former Spain coach.

Matvey Safonov, arrived from FK Krasnodar on June 14. This 25-year-old goalkeeper has signed with the capital club until 2029. To secure his services, PSG reportedly paid around 20 million euros, including bonuses.
