Real Madrid to part with 4 nuggets

Real Madrid clearly has one of the best youth academies in Europe. A fact that tends to be forgotten, since many players trained at La Fabrica have continued their careers away from the Bernabéu. But many of them are performing well all over Europe, and every year, the Merengues produce interesting players. It is also an interesting source of income for the capital club, which has just sold its central defender Rafa Marín to Napoli for 12.5 million euros.

And this summer, with a substantial squad at Carlo Ancelotti’s disposal, other young players will have to try their luck far from the sun of the Spanish capital. This is the case of Mario Martín (20 years old) and Nico Paz (19 years old), who we saw during the pre-season matches of the Casa Blanca, and who trained regularly under the orders of the Italian coach last season. But also Alvaro Rodriguez (20 years old) or the full-back Rafael Obrador (20 years old).

Nico Paz is popular

The Madrid players are listening to any proposal for these 4 players. Real Madrid wants to repeat a very common operation in recent years, namely the sale of only 50% of the players’ rights or the presence of buy-back clauses in the deal, which would allow the Merengues to easily repatriate them in the event of an explosion and good performances in the future.

Unsurprisingly, Nico Paz has the highest odds. Clubs like Stuttgart and Girona have expressed interest in the Spanish-Argentine striker, who wants to play at the highest level this season. Mario Martin is coveted by Valladolid and Espanyol, a club that also tried to sign Alvaro Rodriguez. As for Obrador, Las Palmas hopes to be able to sign him by the end of August.
