Sancho to PSG, the truth comes out

Manchester United may have welcomed Jadon Sancho to Old Trafford, but the England winger continues to be heavily linked with a move to PSG.

For several weeks, the Ligue 1 champions have been following the former Borussia Dortmund player as an alternative to Nico Williams, who has chosen to stay at Athletic Club, despite a huge salary offer from the Parc des Princes club.
Meanwhile, Man Utd announced that Sancho had been pardoned following his falling out with manager Erik ten Hag almost a year ago, which saw him move to Dortmund in the second half of last season.
The winger is now ready to play for the Red Devils’ first team again. But he is also still on the transfer market, with a deal that could raise funds for Man Utd to make further acquisitions.
Ten Hag, after all, are still looking for players in a number of positions, including attack, wing, central defence and at least one full-back.

A transfer at a standstill

Sancho’s departure could be the catalyst for at least some of those deals to get done, but is he close to a move to PSG? Interest from the Ligue 1 club remains, but the transfer remains on hold, according to the Daily Mail.
This position is taken up by the French media. RMC indicates that even if PSG have recruited Joao Neves and remain very interested in Rennes winger Desire Doué, who is on Olympic mission with France, there is “nothing hot” with Sancho.
“There is no indication that the English winger will be a PSG player in the coming weeks. At the moment, it is not a hot track. » So Man Utd may have to look elsewhere to sell Sancho or seek to offload other fringe members of Erik ten Hag’s squad to allow signings to start flowing into Old Trafford.
