The German international, who has been linked to several clubs recently, is said to be determined to write a great story at FC Barcelona.

For Ilkay Gundogan, the Catalan adventure should continue next season. Having arrived at Barça last summer from Manchester City, free of any contract, the German midfielder has recently been at the heart of rumours sending him elsewhere, notably to Qatar or Fenerbahçe.

However, according to Mundo Deportivo, the captain of the Mannschaft is far from considering a departure from the Camp Nou. The Spanish media reports that Gundogan is fulfilled at FCB and wants to

Under contract until June 2025, the child from the Ruhr played 51 matches, scored 5 goals and provided 14 assists in Barcelona colours last season.
