Manchester United have not yet given up on the idea of signing PSG defensive midfielder Manuel Ugarte, even if the negotiations are proving to be complicated.
Two offers for the Uruguay international have been rejected by the French champions’ management since the start of the summer. However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claims that United and PSG are still in talks as they try to agree on a fair price for the former Sportng player.

For now, PSG is demanding 70 million euros to sell its player. An amount that the English consider too excessive. And that is why they are trying to lower it.
