OM players targeted by mistake?
“It’s a misunderstanding. They weren’t targeted because they are OM players.”Nicolas Bessone said at a press conference about the attackers, who therefore had the wrong target. The fact remains that the latter were placed in provisional detention.
Bamo Meïte witnessed this dramatic scene. “It’s better to forget and try to move on, I think… Now it’s the holidays, I’m trying to clear my mind. Between my injury and the incident that happened, it’s been a hectic year. It was a shocking scene, I was scared, that’s obvious. Now, today, I’m trying to take a step back from this situation. We are top athletes, we shouldn’t be involved in this kind of thing. I don’t want to talk about it too much, even to those close to me.”the Ivorian international confided in the columns of Parisian.
