After a brief stint at Paris Saint-Germain, Hugo Ekitike has finally found his place at Eintracht Frankfurt.
The young French striker, who arrived on loan at SGE last February, officially joined the German club on July 1 for an estimated fee of 16.50 million euros.
According to Frankfurt president Marcus Krosche, the former Reims player has the talent needed to establish himself in the Launische Diva’s attack, like his compatriot Randal Kolo Muani before him.
Ekitike receives a shower of praise
“He is a humble boy and very happy to be here. He has the potential to become one of the best strikers in Europe, but he will take the next steps with caution given his experience at PSG. I am therefore convinced that he will stay at Eintracht for a longer period of time,” the German leader told Image, before discussing the difference between Ekitike and Kolo Muani.
“Hugo is a finer player. He can hold the ball with his back to the play and play football in tight spaces. When he is fit, he has skills that can be extremely useful to us.”he added.
It should be noted that in 16 appearances with the Bank Part residents, Ekitike scored 4 goals and provided 2 assists.
