OM: Chelsea have made their offer for Filip Jörgensen

Chelsea are set to splash out again this summer. Having already attracted Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Omari Kellyman, Renato Veiga, Caleb Wiley and Marc Guiu for just over €85 million, the Blues are set to register a new arrival, that of Filip Jorgensen (22 years old).
