Has the storm passed for Enzo Fernandez? More than a week after the publication of a video showing the Chelsea player and his Argentinian teammates singing a racist chant against the players of the French team, the midfielder is relatively discreet. Apart from a laconic statement of apology, there is no trace of him in the media or on social networks. Today, everyone remains curious to know how the world champion will be received on his return to Chelsea, while the Frenchies had hardly appreciated his comments, like Wesley Fofana. Questioned by the BBC, the England international hopeful, Noni Madueke, indicated that “Everything will be alright”.

It’s something that happens between us, the players. Enzo will come back and join the team, then everything will be fine.” said the 22-year-old winger. Winner of the Copa America with Argentina on July 15, Enzo Fernandez has benefited from weeks of vacation from his club. He should return to training at the beginning of August.
