Paris Saint-Germain is on all fronts to strengthen itself this summer.

The 2023 offseason will remain a small revolution in the QSI era for the
Paris Saint Germain. From Milan Skriniar to Randal Kolo Muani, via Lucas Hernandez, Manuel Ugarte or Marco Asensio, the capital club had remodeled all the lines. It had also turned the page with the resounding departures of certain major players, like the historic Marco Verratti or the superstars Neymar and Lionel Messi. This eventful summer does not herald the end of Parisian ambitions.
A year ago, when it came time to take stock of this summer window, there was only one piece missing from the puzzle that Luis Campos and Luis Enrique wanted to put together: Bernardo Silva. Technical, experienced, elegant and creative, the Portuguese attacking midfielder was unanimously popular in the upper echelons of the club. He also had the advantage of having a real bond with Kylian Mbappé following their joint adventure at Monaco. Mbappé has left, but the Portuguese’s rating remains high behind the scenes.

PSG has not given up on this issue

Paris Saint-Germain missed the boat as Bernardo Silva extended his contract at Manchester City until 2026, also turning his back on FC Barcelona. But according to information from the PSG Inside Actus account, the capital club has not closed this file.
While Fabrizio Romano had specified that Paris was ready to go back on the offensive, the account specializing in PSG transfer news points out that this case could accelerate when Bernado Silva returns from vacation. It remains to be seen whether the former Monaco player is still attracted by the club’s project, while his former teammate Kylian Mbappé has packed his bags to join Real Madrid.
