Chelsea have just made official the signing of young American left-back Caleb Wiley. Aged 19, this left-back was previously playing for Atlanta in Major League Soccer.

He signed a long-term contract, for 6 years with an option for an additional year, with Chelsea, but it is in Ligue 1 that he could discover European football. Indeed, he should be loaned in the process to Strasbourg, a club also owned by the American consortium BlueCo.
