Little by little, we are starting to see more clearly in PSG’s plans for the post-Mbappé era. While the Bondy player has left for Madrid after 7 years with the capital club, the Parisian decision-makers are going to recruit several attacking players to try, as best they can, to forget their former number 7. There is notably the Désiré Doué case, where Paris Saint-Germain is in a duel with Bayern Munich. As revealed yesterday by us, the Parisians are going to submit a new proposal of 60 million euros for the Rennes player.

There is also Victor Osimhen, who would like to join the French capital, but who risks being the subject of tough and long negotiations with Naples. In recent hours, the Nico Williams option has also gained momentum, with FC Barcelona which was in pole position but which saw PSG arrive in force in this case. And the pro-Madrid media Central Defense makes a new revelation about the Parisian transfer window.

He said no twice

We thus learn that the Parisians, via their Qatari decision-makers, approached Rodrygo Goes some time ago. They received a negative response from the former Santos player. An intermediary working for the Parisians is said to have tried again recently, but was also rejected by the 23-year-old Brazilian striker, considered the main victim of Kylian Mbappé’s arrival in Madrid.

A double refusal that is not necessarily an act of contempt against the Parisian club, but simply due to the fact that the player does not want to leave Madrid, not seeing himself playing anywhere else. PSG has therefore abandoned this track, for the moment at least. Rodrygo should therefore play well in Madrid next season, while at the start of the transfer window, there was also talk of interest from Premier League big names.
