PSG, a huge coup in sight?

In search of reinforcements in midfield, PSG has not abandoned the idea of ​​recruiting Joshua Kimmich.

Days go by and Matvey Safonov is still the only arrival at PSG this summer. The capital club is nevertheless determined to (a lot) recruit. Consequence in particular of the departure of Kylian Mbappé. This obviously applies to the attack, but not only. The French champions also intend to strengthen in defense, especially in hinge, and in midfield.

In midfield, the priority of the Red and Blue is Joao Neves. Discussions with Benfica seem to be well advanced and an agreement has already been reached with the 19-year-old player. Optimism is said to be the order of the day in the Parisian ranks. But the Portuguese international will not be the only summer reinforcement in midfield.

PSG has an agreement with Bayern but…

While Manuel Ugarte is expected to leave for Manchester United, for a nice check of 70 million euros, PSG hopes to attract a more athletic profile. It will not be Amadou Onana, a target for a while but who signed this Monday with Aston Villa. It could however be Joshua Kimmich, made a priority by Luis Enrique.

According to the PSG Inside Actus account, PSG has indeed reached an agreement with Bayern Munich for the transfer of the German international, whose contract ends next June. In addition to the contractual situation of the former Leipzig player, the Bavarian club can be all the more accommodating with the Parisians as it hopes to convince them to give it Xavi Simons…

However, the matter is not won for the Red and Blue. The Mannschaft player is still thinking about his future and seems very hesitant about the idea of ​​joining Ligue 1.
