Just a few months after his departure from Liverpool, Jürgen Klopp will return to the Reds. Very socially engaged during his time there, the German coach will become an ambassador for the Liverpool FC Foundation. “I’m really proud to continue my work with them and to be named the first Honorary Ambassador of the LFC Foundation. I’m looking forward to seeing what we can do with this now that I have more free time.”Klopp said after his appointment.
Even if it’s not close to the green square, Klopp will continue to help a city for which he has already done a lot. “His support has been invaluable to us over the years and to see this continue is fantastic and highlights his commitment to the Foundation and the work we continue to do across the Liverpool City Region.”recalled Matt Parish, CEO of the LFC Foundation. The love story is therefore not really over between Klopp and the Mersey club.
