Atlético de Madrid is accelerating in the Dávid Hancko case. While we recently revealed the Colchoneros’ interest in the Feyenoord defender, the Spanish club’s leaders have made a proposal to their Dutch counterparts. According to our latest information, the Madrid team has offered 24 million euros (plus bonuses) to secure the services of the 26-year-old Slovakian.
For its part, Feyenoord is asking for 35 million but new discussions will take place between the different parties. Still according to our indiscretions, the player has already said yes to the Rojiblancos. Trained at MSK Zilina and having played for Fiorentina and Sparta Prague, the versatile 26-year-old defender has been playing with Feyenoord Rotterdam since 2022. Leader of the Dutch club (42 appearances in all competitions this season), the native of Prievidza is also coming off a fairly satisfactory European Championship with Slovakia, eliminated on the wire by England in the round of 16.
