Whistleblower promises new damning revelations about Manchester City

Accused of 115 financial offences, Manchester City – notably suspected of having concealed payments via third parties, disguising them as sponsorship income – is still not out of the woods. While Everton, for example, was sanctioned this season with a loss of several points in the standings for non-compliance with the Premier League’s financial rules, the recent English champion could, for its part, be risking a lot.
