The João Palhinha case should not drag on at Bayern Munich. A long-time prospect of the Rekordmeister, the Portuguese, currently at the Euro, is determined to join the last third of the Bundesliga. But the German club is struggling to reach an agreement with Fulham, who do not intend to sell the 28-year-old midfielder off cheap.

As indicated Sky SportBayern will make a second and final offer to secure the services of the player tied until 2028 with the Cottagers. The first, refused, was around 40 million euros. The new one has been raised, and the Munich team is now offering 46 million euros. The German media specifies that Bayern will not go beyond this offer, but the negotiations are moving in the right direction and the trend is one of optimism. Take it or leave it for Fulham.
