Things are moving among the Real Madrid goalkeepers. Andriy Lunin seems closer and closer to leaving the Spanish capital. Since his disillusionment in the Champions League, following Carlo Ancelotti’s choice to start Thibaut Courtois in his place, his plans in Madrid have changed. The Madrid club would not be opposed to a departure of the Ukrainian goalkeeper, whose contract ends next year. The Madrilenians must now find a replacement, and a name is already emerging…

The profile of Joan García, 23-year-old Espanyol goalkeeper, interests the reigning champions, according to A.S.. The goalkeeper, currently playing in the play-offs to reach La Liga next year, dreams of playing in the Spanish elite with his training club. The file is however complicated for Casa Blanca. Indeed, Joan García has a high release clause, up to 20 million euros, and the latter risks increasing if Espanyol moves up to La Liga. The Espanyol goalkeeper would also interest Premier League clubs.
