Juventus will offer a €60 million recruit to Thiago Motta

In the coming days, Juventus Turin will formalize the signing of Thiago Motta. The former midfielder will leave Bologna, with whom he had a superb season, to take charge of a Piedmontese team which wants to return to the top of Serie A. Juventus will therefore start a new post-Allegri cycle, and inevitably, things will also change in the workforce.

There are already several hot issues on the table. The extension of Adrien Rabiot to manage, the Morata, Koopmeiners, Calafiori and Di Gregorio tracks; suffice to say that there will be new faces in the Turin squad. And as indicated Relevo as well as other media, Juventus management is very close to completing the signing of a new player.

Two players will go the opposite way

It’s Douglas Luiz, the Brazilian midfielder from Aston Villa. The former City Group, who has belonged to the Birmingham team since 2019, should thus engage with Juventus in quite an operation. Aston Villa will actually receive 20 million euros, as well as two Turin players: the American Weston McKennie and the Englishman Samuel Iling-Junior.

An operation which therefore includes cash and two players, for a total estimated at 60 million euros by the two managements. Discussions are going in the right direction between the two parties and everything indicates that an agreement will be reached relatively quickly. The Old Lady must also come to an agreement with the player, author of a hell of a season under the orders of Unai Emery.
