Tanguy Ndombele has come a long way. After having exploded in the Amiens jersey, the midfielder confirmed the hopes placed in him on the side of Olympique Lyonnais. Spotted by Tottenham, the native of Longjumeau then took a new step in 2019 by attacking the Premier League. Highly desired by Mauricio Pochettino, it was bought for 60 million euros by the Londoners.

In the English capital, the midfielder was able to count on the French-speaking members of his team to integrate into the locker room at the time. Moussa Sissoko, Hugo Lloris and Serge Aurier were of great help. On the pitch, the footballer born in 96 was able to count on his qualities and his talent. But he had his ups and downs.

Ndombele soon free

Indeed, he played around 90 matches in all competitions with Spurs (10 goals) in a few seasons. But to regain his best level, confidence and regular playing time, the French international (7 caps) was sent on loan to OL, Naples and Galatasaray this season. In Türkiye, the 27-year-old participated in 24 matches in all competitions (1 assist).

After this loan, Ndombele was to return to London and sort out his situation. But his case is all but sealed. According to our information, Tottenham and the Frenchman will part ways. Indeed, the two parties have agreed on an amicable termination of contract which should be effective in the coming days. Once free and available for free, there is no doubt that Tanguy Ndombele will have opportunities.
