Like other teams in the Premier League, Newcastle will have to sell players to get back on track in terms of financial fair play. The Magpies could therefore have to part with Bruno Guimarães, one of the most sought-after players in England. For his part, the 26-year-old midfielder remained evasive regarding his future at the microphone of TNT Sports.

“My future ? I have a contract with Newcastle and I’m very happy. I don’t know what will happen with financial fair play, but I can say that I am very happy”, declared the Brazilian, therefore not closing any doors. He is linked until 2028 with Newcastle.
