Currently in Mexico with the French team (Foot2Rue) to compete in the Kings World Cup, Samir Nasri was alongside streamer AmineMaTue last night. The former attacking midfielder for the France team returned to a key episode of the Blues in which he did not participate, that of the strike in 2010 during the World Cup in South Africa. Nasri explained how he experienced this event from the outside.
“I was hidden in the hold, it was me who told them not to come down”he quips at first. “I wasn’t there, but I celebrated when I saw that. I was in Las Vegas, we were in the room with my friends around 5-6 o’clock. But with the time difference, in the morning there were the matches. I put on ESPN and I see ‘France is on strike’. Music loud, I say ‘it’s not me'”Nasri then commented.
