Real Madrid make decision for Joselu

The staff and management of Real Madrid have just made a definitive choice regarding the future of their striker Joselu.

Real Madrid plans to reward Joselu for the services he provided to the team during this 2023/2024 season. A permanent transfer of the Spanish international striker should take place very quickly.

Joselu (34) was loaned to Real by RCD Espanyol. The loan itself costs 500,000 euros – and Real also have a buyout option worth 1.5 million euros.

Sky Deutschland claims that Real Madrid will therefore lift the option and sign the striker permanently. Joselu is expected to sign a contract until the summer of 2025 with the Spanish giants.

Recruited to replace Karim Benzema, Joselu failed to establish himself as a starter for the Merengue. But, he was very convincing as a joker. His main feat was the double scored in the Champions League semi-final second leg against Bayern. Without his victorious entry, Ancelotti’s gang would not have reached the final of the competition.
