Serie A: a great Arnautovic saves Inter, M’Baye Niang defeats AS Rome and saves Empoli on the gong

Continuation of the 38th and final day of Serie A this Sunday evening with a very large multiplex of four matches. Already champion, Inter Milan, traveling to the Marcantonio-Bentegodi stadium, had to settle for a draw (2-2) against Hellas Verona thanks to a double from Marko Arnautović (10th, 45th+ 1) after achievements by Tijjani Noslin (16th) and Tomáš Suslov (37th). Meanwhile, Udinese went to the Roman suburbs to challenge Frosinone and the two teams almost parted before the visitors’ winning goal thanks to Keinan Davis (0-1).

Speaking of the Italian capital, the two clubs from Rome were on deck this Sunday evening. AS Roma was traveling with this away meeting against Empoli. After Matteo Cancellieri’s opener (13th), Houssem Aouar found the net to equalize. But M’Baye Niang scored the winning goal (90th + 3) allowing the Tuscans (2-1) to lock in the last second of the season. Lazio also conceded another draw against the condemned Sassuolo with the same score (1-1) with respective goals from Mattia Zaccagni (60th) and Mattia Viti (66th).
