Mohamed Salah sends a strong message to Liverpool supporters.
Despite the departure of Jürgen Klopp and the rumors surrounding him from Saudi Arabia, Mohamed Salah decided to reassure Liverpool fans. The Egyptian striker actually posted a publication on Twitter in which he indicates that he should wear the colors of the Reds next season.
“We know it’s the trophies that count and we will do everything we can to make that happen next season. Our fans deserve it and we will fight like hell,” wrote Salah, whose contract with LFC expires in June 2025.
Salah present for renewal
A message which should relieve the supporters of the Mersey club, worried to see the African star leave after the departure of their emblematic manager. If this season the residents of Anfield had to settle for the last step of the podium behind Manchester City and Arsenal, Salah once again shone, with 25 goals and 14 assists in 44 matches.
The arrival of a new coach, Arne Slot, at the head of the team does not seem to have dampened the enthusiasm of the child from Basyoun. Salah therefore seems determined to continue to wet the jersey with the Reds and start a new era alongside the Dutch technician.
