At the end of the 2023-24 financial year, several players said goodbye, like Kylian Mbappé and Keylor Navas who announced their departures from Paris Saint-Germain last week, Olivier Giroud (AC Milan) and Raphaël Varane (Manchester United). In Spain, it was the experienced Jesus Navas who formalized the end of his adventure at Sevilla FC.

“Jesús Navas will leave Sevilla FC at the end of this 23/24 campaign. This is what the Sevilla captain communicated to the club and to all his teammates and coaches during training this morning at the José Ramón Cisneros Palacios Sports City. Navas, who recently reached 600 starts as a red and white player, has made 688 appearances for Sevilla FC to date; including 500 in the domestic competition, 47 in the Champions League, 65 in the UEFA Europa League, 67 in the Copa del Rey, 5 in the Spanish Super Cup and 4 in the European Super Cup, in which he achieved a total of 39 goals and 119 assists.” The end of a beautiful story.
