Jack Grealish and Kevin De Bruyne seemed worse off than the others during Manchester City’s world champion celebration.
Grealish was spotted leaving Fenix bar in Manchester at 5am on Monday as he enjoyed his side’s historic feat of becoming the first to win the Premier League four times in a row by beating West Ham on Sunday, reports The Telegraph.
Pep Guardiola has given his players permission to relax after the end of their intense league campaign, but Grealish, who had to be guided out of the bar, is not the only one to have enjoyed that luxury. Golden Boot Erling Haaland and Belgian playmaker De Bruyne also enjoyed their night out, with the latter seen “slumped over” in a taxi, the report added.
An epic drinking session
Grealish arrived at the party wearing a luxury Gucci suit, while Norwegian striker Haaland opted for a more casual look, wearing a t-shirt and shorts. Phil Foden was also there for the festivities, accompanied by his pregnant girlfriend.
Despite the wild celebrations, the champions’ season is not quite over. They missed out on winning a second successive treble after being knocked out of the Champions League at the semi-final stage, but they can still achieve a double when they face Manchester United in the FA Cup on Saturday.
