Used to enlisting thirty-year-olds at the end of their contract, Juventus could be interested in acquiring Croatian veteran Luka Modric.
Former Juventus player Alen Boksic is urging the Turin club to take an interest in Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric.
Modric is out of contract at Real at the end of the season. His lease will not be renewed and the person concerned still does not know what he intends to do next in his career.
“Modric still has two years of football in his legs”
“Modric is blessed, he is football”Boksic said in an interview with Gazzetta. “I would tell any big club to sign him, including Juventus. I don’t know if he will leave Real Madrid, but I am convinced that he has two years of top football in his legs. Modric alone would not be enough to close the gap to Inter, who won the title with merit, but he would surely contribute.”
On Juve’s qualification for the Italian Cup final, Boksic added: “I am happy for Juventus, but I am sorry for Lazio and my friend Igor Tudor, whom I will meet on Saturday at the Olimpico for a match against Hellas Verona.”
