The last European club to pass under the Saudi flag, Newcastle could well be imitated. Recently, La Repubblica had already mentioned the possibility of seeing Saudi Arabia extend its field of action to Italy, and in particular towards AS Roma, but this Saturday, it is in Milan that the rumors are gaining momentum.

As reported by La Repulicca, Saudi Arabia, under the weight of a rich family from the Kingdom, and not from the PIF, would have established contact with the Zhangs, owners of Inter Milan. If this type of rumor has been common for several years in Lombardy, the Italian daily ensures that an interest does exist. Furthermore, the deadline for repaying the loan taken out by the Zhangs from the American fund Oaktree will expire in May. Which could encourage the Chinese boss of Inter to look for a shareholder capable of covering the debt in its entirety.
