But Chelsea will only be able to take possession of the premises and begin work from 2027 according to The Standard.
This is the time the company needs to put an action plan in place to allow residents currently on the land to be relocated. Still according to the British daily, Chelsea want to be able to have their new stadium by the end of 2030. With this setback, this timetable could be too ambitious.
