While the meeting between AS Roma and Udinese this Sunday as part of the 32nd day of Serie A was interrupted due to illness by Ivorian defender Evan Ndicka, the Giallorossi were keen to provide some initial news. The 24-year-old, who was taken out on a stretcher while holding his torso, is well conscious and was taken to hospital for further medical examinations. As a reminder, the trainers entered the field with a defibrillator:

“Following pain felt on the pitch by Evan Ndicka, the Udinese-Roma match was suspended. The player is conscious and was taken to hospital for checks. Forza Evan, we are all with you”is written by the Roman club on the tweet published on the official X account. We now hope for other positive news in the hours to come.
