This Saturday, the Rome derby between Lazio and AS Roma was electric on and off the field. While the supporters of the two teams harbor deep antagonism, the victory of the Giallorossi by the smallest of margins heated spirits between those involved in the meeting. Charring Matteo Guendouzi with the coronation of Argentina during the last World Cup, the number 10 of Roma provoked the ire of the former Marseillais who went to explain himself in person with him.

A reaction which was not appreciated by the Roman public who then went off the rails according to information from theAFP. Indeed, our colleagues indicate that Serie A has invited the Italian Football Federation to open an investigation into racist insults against the French international. The Belgian striker of La Louve, Romelu Lukaku, would also have been targeted by his racist insults. The Transalpine Football League also reportedly asked the Federation to investigate cases of religious discrimination. As a reminder, affiliated with fascist groups, Lazio supporters' movements have the habit of insulting those of Roma by calling them “Jews”.
